2. What we collect

• Contact form: name, email, message content — to respond to inquiries.
• Technical data: IP address, browser type, device info, pages visited, referrer.
• A first-party, aggregate visit counter (page viewed, link clicked, where the visit came from), with an approximate location (country, city) and the network operator's name; the IP address is not stored for this and the data is used for nothing else.

3. Cookies & tracking

The site uses no advertising or tracking cookies; neither Google Analytics nor Google Ads runs on it. The browser's local storage only keeps settings the site needs (chosen language, volume). Embedded players (YouTube, Spotify, Vimeo) connect to their provider only when you click or play them; the provider may then set cookies under its own terms.

4. Legal basis

GDPR Art. 6(1)(a) consent (starting an embedded player), (b) contract performance (inquiries), and (f) legitimate interest (security, improvements).

5. Data storage

Messages are stored in a secure cloud database (EU region). Email notifications are delivered via Resend.

6. Your rights

Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection. Requests can be submitted via /message. Complaints: NAIH (naih.hu).

7. Changes

This policy may be updated. Changes take effect upon posting on this page.
