Music Production

    Music production

I have been recording guitars, arranging and mixing in Budapest for twenty years. As a producer my job is to turn your song into what you hear in your head: decide what stays, what comes in and where everything sits.

Pop, indie, neo-soul, jazz and film scores. I work on whole records and on single songs, and I say so when I think the song needs nothing more.

    Production from a demo

Send me the sketch and I build the song around it: arrangement, programmed drums, keys, real guitar and bass. You get back a mixed, mastered track that is ready to release.

    Mixing and mastering

If the recording is done, I take it from there. Ableton, UAD plugins and analog gear, including a tape machine I use to glue the mix together.

    Guitar and bass tracks

Electric, acoustic and nylon guitar, with baritone bass underneath. You get the dry DI and the amped track, tempo-aligned and named.

    How we work

    1. 1.Send the song, the tempo and a reference track close to what you want.
    2. 2.I tell you what I hear in it and what I would add. If that matches your idea, I start.
    3. 3.You get a rough version with the direction set. This is where you say if you want something else.
    4. 4.After your notes I finish the parts, then mix and master.
    5. 5.You get 24-bit WAV files, with separate stems if you need them.

Remote session guitar and mixing from Budapest

How does a remote guitar session work?

Send the song with tempo, key and a reference. I record the parts in my Budapest studio, send a rough for approval and finish only after your notes. We never need to be in the same room; everything runs online.

    What files do you deliver?

24-bit WAV, tempo-aligned and named. For guitar and bass you get the dry DI plus the amped track, so you can re-amp later.

    Are revisions included?

Yes. Revisions are included in every package, and a rough always comes before the final so we agree on the direction early.

What do you record, and in which genres?

Electric, acoustic and nylon guitar: rhythm parts, doubles, leads, solos, ambient layers. Bass on a baritone guitar. Indie pop, pop, neo-soul, R&B, electronic, blues-rock, jazz and hip-hop.
